WHO DAT?! Derek Carr is who dat, and he's coming for the NFC South. He makes his Saints debut in NOLA against a Titans team who will try to figure out what side of the spectrum they are on this year behind aging Ryan Tannehill.
Carr should come out strong in the home opener, with Michael Thomas healthy and Chris Olave set for a breakout sophomore year the year he'll have a stout 1-2 punch at his disposal.
That reminds me: Last year the Titans gave up 274.8 Pass yds/game (Ranked 32nd), dead last. They also did a poor job of protecting whatever QB was in the game getting him sacked on 9.70% (Ranked 29th) of drop backs. *Saints defense had a 4th Ranked Sack % of 8.22*
Even with Alvin Kamara (Suspension) & Kendre Miller (Injury) likely both out there is no reason to believe Jamaal Williams can't shoulder the load coming off a career rushing year that included his first 1k yd season.
